Weekend activities in Anaheim?

I'm a 55-year-old contractor and Rent is about $2,082/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $90,583 in Anaheim. With a population of 345K, Anaheim is a mid-size city. You can expect to pay around $2,082 for rent here. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What are your go-to spots? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Hot take but I genuinely enjoy living here. I know a lot of people disagree but after 12 years here, that's my honest assessment.

I've lived in The Heights for about 10 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I'm still on the fence after all this time. When I first moved here from Boston, I was surprised by dating scene. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Friendly community, easy to meet people
- Good internet infrastructure
- The weather scene is improving

The downsides:
- Not a lot of cultural diversity
- Homeless population growing downtown

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for couples. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
