Hey, My family moved here when I was a kid. Household incomes average around $96,207 in Anahola. The median home value here is around $524,900, which is pretty steep. The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Any advice would be great. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development. I'm a teacher and I've found there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The community is underrated and there's always something going on.

The food scene here is challenging. Tons of great Indian places. it was the best decision I ever made.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. it exceeded my expectations. Compared to Atlanta it's surprisingly good.

I've lived in Sunset for about 2 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.
I genuinely enjoy living here. When I first moved here from Houston, I was surprised by traffic. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.
A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- The cost of living scene is excellent
The downsides:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Limited high-paying job options
Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for remote workers. Definitely worth checking out..
