I'm a remote worker and It's a a small town city with about 5,553 people. Homes are going for about $164,900 on average. The unemployment rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $897 for rent here. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Would love some local perspective. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
