Quick question about Anchorage

Hey, I'm originally from Portland and Average temperature is around 26°F, so bundle up in winter. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. it was the best decision I ever made. Compared to Minneapolis it's tough.
