I'm single, late 30s, and With a population of 14,021, Anderson Creek is a small town. Homes are going for about $251,600 on average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Any help is appreciated. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
