Random thought, I work in finance and It's a a small town city with about 14,021 people. Homes are going for about $251,600 on average. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What do you all think? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to.
