How is Anderson for outdoor activities?

So, I'm a teacher here and Homes are going for about $97,900 on average. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Thanks for reading. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

I've lived in The Heights for about 3 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it was the best decision I ever made. When I first moved here from Miami, I was surprised by pet-friendliness. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Strong job market in several industries
- The pet-friendliness scene is hit or miss

The downsides:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Chain restaurants dominate

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for retirees. Definitely worth checking out..

I work in manufacturing here and it exceeded my expectations. The job market for my field is underrated. Feel free to reach out with questions..

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Internet is better than expected in most areas.
