Hey folks, Been living here since 2018. With a population of 29,563, Anderson is a smaller city. Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. Poverty rate is 16.4%, which is higher than I expected. Crime rate is something to consider -Anderson sits at 969.4 per 100K. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.

- Homelessness issues downtown
