OK so I'm originally from Phoenix and Household incomes average around $44,321 in Anderson. You can expect to pay around $965 for rent here. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Let me know your thoughts. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development.
