What surprised you most about Andover?
Hey folks, I'm originally from Dallas and Household incomes average around $106,676 in Andover. Rent is about $1,481/month for a decent place. Crime rate is something to consider -Andover sits at 137.4 per 100K. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

- Rising rent prices
- Chain restaurants dominate
