Andover quality of life -am I missing something?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but You can expect to pay around $1,422 for rent here. The suburbs are where most families end up. What do you all think?

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 5 years ago from Phoenix and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 2-bed in Old Town. It's tough for what you get.

Jobs: The market is affordable right now, especially in legal. If you're in education you might struggle.

People: Generally improving. It took about 4 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: solid. Tons of options if you like BBQ.
