Andover quality of life -am I missing something?

Hi all, My partner and I are Homes are going for about $389,200 on average. Poverty rate is 3.0%, which is pretty low. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. Does this match your experience? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want weather, then yeah this place is great. But if community vibe matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

I work in consulting here and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The job market for my field is solid. Happy to answer more specific questions..
