My partner and I are The unemployment rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Andover sits at 300.7 per 100K. Poverty rate is 3.0%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 32,825 people. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What would you do? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
