Hi all, Average temperature is around 71--F, so it's warm year-round. Household incomes average around $83,981 in Angleton. The median home value here is around $187,400, which is actually reasonable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Appreciate any input. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
