As someone who grew up here, it exceeded my expectations. A lot has changed in the past few years though. community vibe used to be much manageable but now it's decent.

Moved here from Denver about 6 years ago. I have mixed feelings honestly. Still getting used to walkability but Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

My experience has been mostly positive. it exceeded my expectations. The only thing I'd watch out for is outdoor recreation. Other than that, Hope this helps!.
