Rent vs buy in Animas comunidad -what makes sense?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm originally from Denver and The unemployment rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $21,250, which feels on the lower side for the area. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Let me know your thoughts. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I've lived in Uptown for about 11 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I genuinely enjoy living here. When I first moved here from Miami, I was surprised by community vibe. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Good healthcare facilities
- Active local events and festivals
- The food scene scene is improving

The downsides:
- Property taxes are high
- Road conditions need improvement

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for families. Hope this helps!.
