Hey everyone, Just moved here 15 months ago and The unemployment rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $311,300 on average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development. Does this match your experience? Appreciate any input. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
