Considering Ann Arbor vs Minneapolis — help me decide

Hello, We're a young couple and The median home value here is around $435,100, which is pretty steep. Homes are going for about $435,100 on average. Poverty rate is 6.8%, which is pretty low. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Am I wrong here? The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.

I've been living here for 12 years and I'd say I love the pace of life here. The community vibe is tough compared to other places I've lived. Overall Would recommend to anyone considering it..
