I'm a college student here and Rent is about $967/month for a decent place. With a population of 3,365, Annandale is a small town. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Would love some local perspective. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
