The good and bad of living in Annandale

Anyone else feel this way? You can expect to pay around $1,932 for rent here. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Thoughts? The city has invested a lot in new development. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

Came here for cost of living and stayed because it was the best decision I ever made. The job market is honestly better than expected and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Weather-wise, the summers are surprisingly good and winters are developing. You get used to it after the first year.
