Things Annandale needs to improve

Longtime lurker here, It's a a smaller city city with about 41,982 people. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Thoughts? I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

We moved here with our family and I have mixed feelings honestly. Schools in Midtown area are underrated. Kids love it here.
