Worst things about Annandale nobody talks about

My family moved here when I was a kid. Rent is about $1,932/month for a decent place. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Worth the trade-offs? Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Used to live on the Downtown side, now on the Fairview side. Completely different vibe. I love the pace of life here.
