Anyone work in healthcare in Annapolis?

Anyone else feel this way? I relocated for work and It's a a smaller city city with about 40,744 people. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Does this match your experience? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

The food scene here is improving. Tons of great farm-to-table places. it's exactly what I was looking for.
