Most overrated things about Annapolis

OK so I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Crime rate is something to consider -Annapolis sits at 641.6 per 100K. The median home value here is around $510,200, which is pretty steep. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Am I overthinking this? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is pet-friendliness. I genuinely enjoy living here. Worth doing your research before committing.
