Curious what people think. I'm a teacher here and The unemployment rate is 3.0%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $141,600 on average. Rent is about $777/month for a decent place. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Let me know your thoughts. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
