I grew up here but left for a while. It's a a smaller city city with about 49,080 people. Average temperature is around 63--F, so the weather is moderate. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What do you all think? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
