Moving to Antelope with kids -good idea?

Born and raised here. Homes are going for about $468,200 on average. The unemployment rate is 5.3%, which is about average. It's a a smaller city city with about 49,080 people. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Thoughts? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
