Job hunting in Anthem -tips?

Random thought, We have two kids and Homes are going for about $516,200 on average. Median household income is $117,846, which feels pretty solid for the area. The median home value here is around $516,200, which is pretty steep. Crime rate is something to consider -Anthem sits at 148.1 per 100K. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Let me know your thoughts. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Bought a house here in 2024 and I genuinely enjoy living here. Property values have gone about the same since then.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem improving.

I've been here 13 years and I love the pace of life here. The thing nobody mentions is healthcare. It's affordable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the job market is legit. And if you're into hiking, this place is tough.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Downtown side vs the West side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Hope this helps!.
