Hey folks, We're a young couple and Household incomes average around $117,846 in Anthem. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Anyone in a similar situation? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
