Studio apartments in Anthem -options?
Random thought, I'm a college student here and Poverty rate is 1.8%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $117,846 in Anthem. Average temperature is around 73--F, so it's warm year-round. The unemployment rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. Let me know your thoughts. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
