Weekend activities in Anthem?

Hello, I'm a remote worker and Average temperature is around 73--F, so it's warm year-round. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Does this match your experience? Thanks in advance! The weather takes some getting used to.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, it was the best decision I ever made. Hope this helps!.

I've lived in East for about 4 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's exactly what I was looking for. When I first moved here from Nashville, I was surprised by cost of living. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Good healthcare facilities
- The public transit scene is underrated

The downsides:
- Nightlife is limited
- Bugs and humidity in summer

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for families. Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
