Random thought, I'm a remote worker and The unemployment rate is 2.7%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $94,700, which is actually reasonable. Poverty rate is 12.9%, which is around average. You can expect to pay around $706 for rent here. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Should I be concerned?

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.
If you value dating scene, you'll love it. The dating scene is genuinely underrated and I've found I have mixed feelings honestly. My neighborhood (Pine Hills) is growing and I feel safe walking around at night.
But if you're coming from San Francisco, be prepared for the culture shock. traffic is completely different here. And Road conditions need improvement.
My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.
