Hey folks, I'm a college student here and Poverty rate is 8.4%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $94,256, which feels pretty solid for the area. Rent is about $2,241/month for a decent place. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
