Hi all, The median home value here is around $607,400, which is pretty steep. You can expect to pay around $2,241 for rent here. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Am I wrong here? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
