We're a young couple and Crime rate is something to consider -Antioch sits at 119.5 per 100K. Homes are going for about $299,700 on average. It's a a small town city with about 14,751 people. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Cheers.
