Random thought, I'm single, late 20s, and Median household income is $54,688, which feels on the lower side for the area. Poverty rate is 7.4%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Antwerp sits at 278.7 per 100K. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What would you do? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
