Pros and cons of Apache Junction after 14 years

Curious what people think. Household incomes average around $58,619 in Apache Junction. With a population of 39,746, Apache Junction is a smaller city. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.

Came here for quality of life and stayed because it's improved dramatically in recent years. The housing market is honestly tough and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
