Hello, I grew up here but left for a while. Household incomes average around $138,442 in Apex. Homes are going for about $514,800 on average. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Anyone in a similar situation? Thanks in advance! The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
