Been living here since 2007. Poverty rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 60--F, so the weather is moderate. Rent is about $1,784/month for a decent place. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I overthinking this? People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to.
