Raising a family in Apex -thoughts?

Anyone else feel this way? I've been here for 19 years and Poverty rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $138,442 in Apex. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Any advice would be great. Appreciate any input. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

The food scene here is tough. Tons of great Italian places. it was the best decision I ever made.
