Studio apartments in Apex -options?

First post here. I'm a remote worker and Household incomes average around $138,442 in Apex. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What are your go-to spots? Appreciate any input. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

I've been living here for 3 years and I'd say it exceeded my expectations. The community vibe is average compared to other places I've lived. Overall Hope this helps!.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. it exceeded my expectations. Compared to San Diego it's pretty good.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a chef who relocated here from San Diego about 2 years ago. The main reasons were a fresh start and weather.

Pros I've experienced:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Good airport with direct flights
- Lots of family-friendly activities

Cons that are real:
- Limited high-paying job options
- Dating scene is rough

Financially, we've found it excellent compared to where we came from. If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. Groceries are reasonable, gas is better than expected.

Socially, it's been a really good experience overall. Hope this helps!.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want cultural scene, then yeah this place is great. But if walkability matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
