Aplington housing prices -when will it stop?

Anyone else feel this way? My partner and I are The median home value here is around $131,800, which is actually reasonable. Crime rate is something to consider -Aplington sits at 95.9 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 0.7%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $70,093 in Aplington. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. Looking forward to hearing from you all. The weather takes some getting used to.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem tough.

I've been here 6 years and it's been a really good experience overall. The thing nobody mentions is healthcare. It's growing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the pet-friendliness is legit. And if you're into running, this place is decent.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Midtown side vs the Riverside side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

No regrets on my end..
