Apollo Beach vs Los Angeles -which is better?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Rent is about $2,087/month for a decent place. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

Bought a house here in 2022 and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Property values have gone down slightly since then.
