We're a young couple and Average temperature is around 71--F, so it's warm year-round. Rent is about $2,009/month for a decent place. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks in advance! Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
