Hey everyone, Been living here since 2011. Crime rate is something to consider -Apple Valley sits at 457.8 per 100K. Median household income is $65,926, which feels about average for the area. The weather takes some getting used to. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. Thoughts? Appreciate any input. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
