Co-working spaces in Apple Valley?

Been meaning to ask this. Homes are going for about $377,300 on average. With a population of 75,478, Apple Valley is a smaller city. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem decent.

I've been here 12 years and I love the pace of life here. The thing nobody mentions is healthcare. It's wild and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the traffic is legit. And if you're into running, this place is pretty good.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Springfield side vs the Maple Ridge side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Hope this helps!.

Alright, I'll give you the full rundown since I see a lot of surface-level answers here.

I've been in Uptown for 7 years. Moved from Chicago for cost of living. Here's my honest, detailed take:

**Housing:**
The market right now is tough. We bought in 2022 at k and it's now worth down slightly than that. If you're renting, expect /mo for a decent 2-bed in a safe area. It's gotten pricier but still beats the coasts.

**Employment:**
manufacturing is strong here. education is hit or miss. If you're remote, you'll love the cost of living. Average salaries are reasonable for the area.

**Quality of Life:**
it's exactly what I was looking for. The outdoor scene is underrated - we have ski resorts within easy driving distance. Dining has gotten so much better in the past few years.

**Schools (if relevant):**
Varies hugely by district. Uptown schools are tough. If you have kids, this should be your number one factor in choosing a neighborhood.

**The Bad:**
I'd be lying if I said everything is great. Not very walkable outside downtown. Can feel isolated. And food scene can be frustrating.

**Bottom line:**
For young professionals, I'd say this is a 6/10. No regrets on my end.. Feel free to ask specific questions - happy to help.
