Considering Apple Valley vs Miami -help me decide

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Poverty rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

Used to live on the Highland side, now on the The Heights side. Completely different vibe. it's not perfect but it works for me.
