I'm a college student here and Household incomes average around $99,277 in Apple Valley. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Has anyone dealt with this? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
