OK so I've been here for 8 years and Poverty rate is 3.7%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 2.7%, which is pretty low. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Worth the trade-offs? The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
