Not sure if this has been asked before, but Median household income is $99,277, which feels pretty solid for the area. The median home value here is around $354,200, which seems about average. Average temperature is around 44--F, so bundle up in winter. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. Let me know your thoughts. TIA! It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
